Fusenet PhD event

After the success of the 1st PhD Event held in Garching (Germany) from 13th to 14th October 2011, the 2nd PhD Event in Fusion Science and Engineering will take place from 22nd to 25th October 2012 at the Abbaye des Prémontrés in Pont-à-Mousson (France).

Wendelstein 7-X closes the ring

Last month the ring of Wendelstein 7-X was closed: the last of the five large modules that make up the core of the stellarator was installed, closing the ring-shaped core of the device.
