Polytechnic Summer School in Nuclear Engineering

The Peter the Great Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University hosts its summer school in Nuclear Engineering from the 25th of July until the 12th of August, 2016, in St. Petersburg. The school contains an intensive academic program as well as many cultural activities, including an excursion to the Hermitage and a boat trip in St. Petersburg.

Upon successful completion of the school, students will be awarded with 5 ECTS credits.

Target Audience

The school is open for Russian and foreign students with a specialized background in Nuclear Engineering.

Participation Fee & Accomodation

There are two options for attending the summer school. Students can choose to attend the entire summer school for €670, or the first two weeks only, for €470. The participation fee includes tuition fee, course material, a company visit and the cultural program. Accomdation is not provided. Students can book accomodation at the university campus for approximately €25/night if free places are available.

Application Deadline

The deadline for application for EU students is June 25, 2016. For Russian students or other students that do not need a visa it is July 10. For the rest it is June 1.
