Joint educational activities at Master level

The following type of activities can be considered for financial support: 

• Summer (or winter) schools and Workshops (typical duration one week) plus related activities at Master level
• The school/workschop must be organized by a Fusenet participant

Normal university courses are not eligible. To ensure that the activities have the character of 'joint' activities, the following rules apply:

• Activities must have substantial attendance of students outside their home organization. In the spirit of the technical Annex of the Grant Agreement, substantial is defined as more than 30%
• Attending students should come from at least 3 countries.

An activity that satisfies the criteria above will be eligible for support, unless the Review Board judges the program of the event of insufficient scientific quality. All applications are subject to approval by the Review Board and can be denied without further comment.

Calls for applications will be sent by e-mail to all Fusenet partners, with a 4-month rhythm for deadlines, e.g. 31.12.2011, 31.04.2012, 31.08.2012, etc.

The deadline for submission will be 4 months after the call.
