Application Form for Joint Educational Activities

The list can be uploaded as a text file, PDF file, odf, xml or xls file, or inside a zip-compressed package. Maximum filesize: 4 MB.

Please upload a list of participating students. This should be a detailed list of participants, indicating for each student:
- full name
- nationality
- citizenship
- associated university/institute
- whether the student is eligible
- their study level (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate)

Number of attending master students registered at a European University located in a different country than the institution that is organizing the event.
