Summer School on Plasma Physics and Controlled Fusion

Undergraduate and graduate students are invited to Saint Petersburg for the Summer School on Plasma Physics and Controlled Fusion. The Summer School course starts from classical principles - charged particle motion in electric and magnetic fields. Transport processes, electromagnetic theory, fluid model of plasma, plasma confinement schemes, simple equilibrium and stability analysis, and principles of fusion machines will be described on the lectures.

The summer school takes place from 6 - 17 July 2015 and costs roughly €410. More information can be found at the Summer School's website mentioned below. Students that want to participate can find opportunities for funding at www.fusenet.eu/funds.
