Claim Form - Master Support for Educational Events

Please note that your claim request will only be processed if your application for FuseNet support in one of the funding programs listed on the funding overview page has been accepted.

This claim form can be used by Master students for claiming earlier approved travel support and subsistence contribution related to your attendance at an educational event. Declarations of travel and pieces of evidence concerning your FuseNet funded visit must be submitted through this form.


  • Submission of the claim form on the FuseNet website via this web form, within three months after the event took place.
  • The payment, consisting of travel support and subsistence contribution (when applicable) are made upon presentation of the invoice and tickets for the travel and some proof of having participated in the educational training activity at the host institute by means of a certificate of attendance, or otherwise formal letter / email by the local host.

  • The payment is done after the end of the educational training activity and when FuseNet has received (through this webform) and checked all necessary documents.

  • Final bank transfer will typically be given within two weeks after complete submission of this form.
