Please note that it is the responsibility of the hosting university (i.e. the applicant) to submit a claim for payment in time and provide the necessary documentation thereto, within three months after the end of the lecturing course / exchange.


  • Submission of the claim form on the FuseNet website via this web form.
  • The payments, consisting of travel costs and subsistence contribution are made upon presentation of the invoice and tickets for the travel and proof of attendance. The payment is done at the end of the course after FuseNet has received all necessary information, including an evaluation report about the course and an eye-witness report including photos for the FuseNet website.

  • Final bank transfer will typically be given within two weeks after complete submission of this form.
