Experiment: Tore Supra

Description: Tore Supra is one of the largest tokamaks in the world. Its main feature is the superconducting toroidal magnets which enable generation of a permanent toroidal magnetic field. Tore Supra is also the only tokamak with plasma facing components actively cooled. Theses two features allow the study of plasma with long pulse duration.
